Resonation Diet: Week 10

Hello, fellow resonators, hope you’re all well…

So, what have I been doing and contemplating in week 10?

Well, I’ve been eating well, but I’ve gotten bored with my bum trainer.

The psychoanalysis part of my brain wonders if I just always have to be getting away with not doing something?

If I eat good I won’t exercise, and if I eat bad I will. It’s like my spirit animal is a stubborn mule.



I may have to work on that part this week, but with me being busy on my writing projects, I doubt it.

My meditation seems to be working. I’ve not had as much to eat at night, and I had the urge to go for a walk for some fresh air the other day. I’ve been feeling generally well and been preparing and thinking about what I’m going to eat instead of just grabbing. I’ve also allowed myself to have the odd treat now and then, and been happy to do so without letting it conflict with my beliefs. 

Here it is again if you missed it last week…

One thing I’ve been contemplating this week is should it really be “five” a day. Shouldn’t it be more? If you intend to be healthy, then you should be eating more.

I think that the five a day announcement was a bare minimum warning that we must eat at least this for us not to drain out national health funds, and yet some people take it literal and won’t eat more, and some have taken no notice whatsoever and carried on.

Although, this contemplation doesn’t help if I’m not going to do it.

I know eating just fruit and veg would be a high challenge for me, but I’d love to be able to do it.

If only I could crave the good foods. I mean, look how pretty they are…

Although, I am going through an “oranges at night” phase. I have eaten soups and salads and… oh, that can wait for the next section.

So, I shall be trying to eat more than five per day next week.

Resonating foods I’ve had this week…

I’ve been able to get back into my home made soups this week. There are so many things you can throw in to make a good soup, and they’re good for the fact that you’re not wasting foods in your fridge.

When I’ve been extra hungry, I’ve poured my soup over brown pasta instead of using bread as it resonates that this must be better for me.

I’ve also had my own fried rice dishes, made with no oil this week which have been equally filling and satisfying as well as helping you feel you are getting your “five” a day in there.

I’ve been into bean salads this week which my fella likes to chop and throw together, and this is nice with a bit of hummus too.

End of week result…

I’m allowing the green face, even with the chocolate and lack of bum training, just because I can and because my brilliant son (and editor of my NA occult urban fantasy novels, under a pen name) pointed out to me that it’s not about the crap you do eat, it’s about the good stuff you don’t eat.

This resonated!

Although, note to self, I shouldn’t let myself resonate with this too much or I’ll end up too lax.

I’ll let you know what kind of snowball effect this quote has next week.
